Gloucester - Cathedral and St Nicholas

Bit of a cheat, haven't taken a single photo today but I took these two almost a week ago when I had to nip downtown, on the bike, to pick up Marlane's new wedding ring.
I parked at the bottom of Westgate Street and walked to the jewellers on Southgate Street. On the way back I could see St Nicholas church at the bottom and to my right was the Cathedral. Both would make a nice blip but thought I'd use them together. They were taken on the same day, just not this one!
Just out of interest, after a comment (below) from Charente, I have posted an extra. It was posted on FB by our ex-MP Richard Graham, who is sorely missed. A sentence from his write up says "..not many people have seen that in the alley beside its Georgian front is what Historic England describes as the best Tudor façade of its kind in the country."
