Plaza de Rodrigo Botet

I thought we’d be taking it easy today after all yesterday’s exertions, but Mr P decided that we should walk to the beach through the Turia gardens. It was a lovely walk but the beach was busier than expected (we forgot the schools are still off for Easter here) and a bit breezy, however we enjoyed our swim (Mr P swam out to the buoy). Home for lunch and a short siesta, before heading out again for a wander around the city centre. One of the things I love about Valencia is the hidden squares that you find when you turn a corner. This is one of my favourites.
