Highwoods Country Park

B had her cataract op in Colchester first thing. So we headed off early.  Our kettle broke so no tea unless I used the stove and no time for that. Instead I went for a lovely walk in the Country Park and found the tearoom for a cafine hit. The lady there was lovely and we shared stories about the west coast of Scotland where her family were from and I spent many holidays seeing G's family. 

I continued the walk stumbling across the teepees in the blip (curious - maybe for children to play in?). After a couple of hours it was time to collect B. As it was her birthday we went to the cafe in Little Baddow.  We enjoyed the sandwiches and chatted for a good while.
