Floating In Space

This week at work has felt long despite the Bank Holiday, but we rounded off the week with a trip to see The Flaming Lips perform Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots in full. It's our favourite album of theirs and it did not disappoint; it was absolutely wonderful. The Flaming Lips always put on an amazing show, and this was more of the same; laser light shows, inflatable robots and rainbows, confetti, streamers, balloons bouncing around the audience...! Teared up during Do You Realise??, which is apparently a thing I do at gigs now XD Lovely stuff.
