Notes: Gray and rainy (grainy) much of the day. Woke early (went to sleep quite early), so fed and fed dogs earlier than usual. Was mild and wet then but didn't start drizzling again until later. Body pretty stiff from pickleball so did some qigong and yoga and then had coffee and online a bit. Didn't do a whole lot during the day, later made the Turmeric Tea - has been a long time (came out delish), first time in 3 days I've had any type of sugar (never processed) - and only fresh fruit recently. Quiet peaceful afternoon and evening, did another house drawing (last one was Aug 2024!) - this one came out quite different (A frame, mountains, lake, pine trees).
