Sage Advice

Garden blip today; I haven't had a chance to get anything else.  This is a sage plant which is growing in my little herb garden and which hasn't looked too healthy since I planted it a couple of years ago.  This year, however, it is thriving and looks as though it is about to come out into full bloom.  I'm not sure if it would be best from a 'cropping' point of view to cut the flowers so more leaves grow but in any event I think I will leave them.  They promise to look attractive and I'm not planning to cook that much pork in the near future!
