Handy app!

This is a very handy app called Canvy.   You upload your painting, i changed the size, and see what it might look like with a variety different frames in an actual setting ....so cool.

Spent yesterday finishing up the geli prints, and am now ready to add finishing touches to some of them, then frame them.  These are all smallish prints, 10" x 10". 

Raining and chilly today but i am excited to note that i began working out with a wonderful trainer in the UK, Purvida.   I've been regaining my mobility slowly over the past 3-4 weeks, but felt like i really needed some guidance to help me get stronger and more flexible.  I found Josh on Instagram months ago and really connected with his philosophy and his energy.   So after much back and forth - he was just so generous with his time and information - i signed up for his lessons and i started phase 1 today! I've never been one for gyms and i really don't like having to go to a class somewhere and all that that involves...so being in my office, just as i am, having Josh do the workout with me and guide me is exactly what i need!

we're off out for dinner this evening!!!
