We went to the Spreepark again to check out progress of the regeneration. The S Bahn is quite unhappy with the gap in the Ringbahn, track and point replacement at the Ostbahnhof, cable theft at Humboldthain and some unknown issues around Südkreuz. We ended up taking a bus which has the advantage of seeing some new bits of the city.

At the Spreepark, machines are out and about and are preparing for the big Ferris wheel to be re-erected (see extra). We had a nice tour and visited an exhibition by the art collectives who are in residence at the Eierhäuschen which is part of the project. Some interesting stuff although I didn't enjoy the AI generated video of animal architecture. Afterwards we stopped for a drink and then wandered back to Treptower Park.
