Rolling Countryside

A cloudy to start, but it soon cleared to another day of blue skies. So the curtain was not fully drawn back  Nice clear views on the morning walk, but a dark cloud meant Edinburgh Castle looked rather dark. And being a Thursday, there will be a better viewpoint on the afternoon walk anyway.

After work, the sun is still shining, but haze has moved in. Blip shows one of my favourite views as the landscape rolls down to the water to Inchkeith Island. No sign of any mountains and North Berwick Law, less than 20miles away, is a grey pyramid shape on the horizon.
