Holy Cow
Went to see a charming French film, Holy Cow. It's been a smash hit in France and is a small scale, low budget story about an eighteen year old boy and his little sister who live on a cheese farm in the Jura area near the alps.
When their father dies suddenly the lad decides to make a Comte cheese that will win a competition for a €30000 prize. Very enjoyable and commendably only 90 minutes long. So many films are long than they need to be.
It seems that this is a big milestone Blipday. So an awards speech...
Thanks to the Blip team for making this all possible. Such a super site. Friendly and positive with no trolling or ghosting (whatever those mean). And thanks to you all for your comments and for looking in. I'm sorry I don't comment enough on your posts but I do look in on you to keep in touch with what's going on in your life.
I lost my mojo a bit since I had my shoulder accident last October. But now I am back and holding a camera. Still a long way to go but I am very slowly getting my shoulder movements back.
So I will try and improve my attendance on Blip and speak to you more often. In the meantime, keep Blipping.
