Beaver throne

We had a grand day out! We went to the Dyfi Osprey Centre, which is the most worthy place. They have a superb 360 hide, with amazing tv feeds of the osprey nest, and a beautiful view through the upstairs windows to the nest. You can really see what’s going on! Also, a beaver reintroduced area, and a carved beaver throne!
Then, we took Bonnie to Borth beach where she had a really fast run about and played with the waves. She’s getting much braver with the sea now, and jumped on the waves!
Then, back to the Ynis Hir RSPB reserve where we listened for pied flycatchers, but no luck. The woods were alive with birdsong and very beautiful.
After all that we headed home for tea and Dundee cake, which I had made, very delicious!
