Snow in Summer
When I arrived at church this morning there was a gust of wind blowing through the cherry trees. It was like snowstorm! Sadly I was too slow getting my phone out to catch the movement, but while the petals in the ground are still fresh they look lovely.
I think we had another potential candidates in church this morning with his wife checking us out. There was someone a couple of weeks ago too. Not a good day to come today, the hymns were particularly ponderous and being low Sunday we had a cover priest and a low congregation.
EDF had awarded me 12 hours of free electricity today as I had managed to cut my of peak usage well. I invited both girls round to make use of it and so the washing machine hasn't been off all day and the tumble drier(which I don't normally use) has been working overtime.
The extra is also at church some beautiful double or triple tulips. They look more like sunflowers.
Colin's case turned up at 9.30 this morning so the contents of that were washed too.
Oops forgot to post this on Friday, good luck, I got full marks today!
