I got home about midday. Wow it was good to lie in my own bed. Part of my post op schedule is a daily anti clotting needle and I have given myself the first of 20. I had a call from my physio and video call with her at 4pm. In the meantime the isbis called for lunch. Looking at my black backside I’m wondering if I need any anti clothing medication. You will be spared a photo of it.

I have unpacked most of my stuff and consequently feel a bit on the tired side. Yesterday I did 1000 steps around the hospital corridors so am happy with my walking. I’ve done a bit more today.
