Wnes i ddim cysgu'n dda neithiwr. Felly heddiw rydw i'n teimlo fel pe bai gen i 'jet lag'. Ond edrychwch ar yr ochr ddisglair, mae'n rhatach na hedfan.

Es i i'r pentref i weld Janine ein awdiolegydd newydd. Mae'n hawdd ymweld â hi na'r ymweld â Sonja yn Ffynnon Taf. Un o fy nghymhorthion clyw angen trwsio, a hefyd, rydw i wedi archebu pâr newydd fel pâr Nor'dzin.

Daeth Sarah o 'Pink Plumbing', heddiw ac yn trwsio'r gollwng. Rydw i'n mynd i golli'r sŵn y diferion, ond nid llawer. Mae'n neis i roi'r ystafell yn syth eto ac nid rhaid i ni wagio bwced dwywaith y dydd.

Roedd y tywydd yn boeth iawn heddiw. Ar y ffordd adre o'r pentref gwnes i stopio edrych ar y nant, hanner mewn heulwen, hanner mewn cysgod. Ymhellach i lawr y nant roedd Cychodwyr Dŵr (Dydw i ddim yn siŵr o'r enw Cymraeg) yn cerdded ar y dŵr.

I didn't sleep well last night. So today I feel like I have 'jet lag'. But look on the bright side, it's cheaper than flying.

I went to the village to see Janine our new audiologist. It's easier to visit her than to visit Sonja at Ffynnon Taf. One of my hearing aids needs repair, and also, I've ordered a new pair as a Nor'dzin pair.

Sarah from 'Pink Plumbing' came today and fixed the leak. I'm going to miss the sound of the drops, but not much. It's nice to put the room straight again and we don't have to empty a bucket twice a day.

The weather was very hot today. On the way home from the village I stopped to look at the stream, half in sunshine, half in shade. Further down the stream there were Water Boatmen (I'm not sure of the Welsh name) walking on the water.
