Marsh Marigolds & More Stones

We arrived on Orkney in brighter weather than most of the journey. My photo of the Old Man Of Hoy was dismal for such an impressive stack.

I have chosen the Marsh Marigolds as my Blip for their splash of colour, seen on the way to the Ring of Brodgar. A ring of stones is another thing difficult to capture on a phone.

I have added a couple of extras of the Standing Stones Of Stenness, which are a short distance (a stones throw) from the Ness of Brodgar, and the RofB. They are less widespread, but as impressive in their own way, and I was surprised how thin the biggest stone was.

Probably more stones tomorrow, but probably no trees.
