Buachaille Etive Mor
On Saturday we were tracking some friends running the Devil o' the Highlands Ultra. A 42mile foot race with 6500ft of ascent from Tyndrum to Fort William. The weather was great for running, about 12C and no rain,
We stopped at some accessible points along the route to cheer the runners through. On the way up we passed through Glencoe and made a couple of stops just to stand and stare at the scenery.
The Buachaille was shrouded in cloud as usual, I was interested to focus on the ridges and gills towards the top as the mist swirled around and the light changed.
