Aperol Spritz in Edinburgh

The weather is just wonderful so what better way to celebrate than with an Aperol Spritz with the view of Edinburgh Castle! No need to fly to far flung places!
We are in Edinburgh for a couple of days, catching up with friends and going to a formal dinner tomorrow.
It's been a great day enjoying a first class train journey, a nice hotel room in the centre, a fun walk around the city - with the aforementioned Aperol Spritz break, and a delicious evening meal.
