Magic with bluebells

Today I met a friend at Hatchlands NT property so that we could do the bluebell walk in the woods there…also see extras.
Magic is a 14 year old poodle who is very sweet and docile.

I think there are less bluebell flowers than in previous years and they seem to be overwhelmed with so much goose grass. It was shady in the woods and we found a nice seat in shade with a breeze by the cafe too, plus parked the car in the shade. It was 26C on the way home. They have closed the shop there, but there is a bookshop with so many books and an honesty box. I bought a 500 piece jigsaw for £1…it does say it has one piece missing.

Picked up grandson and have done some trimming in their garden and planted some potatoes in a tub for him to observe.
