Deer in the shade at 10am!

A very warm day as predicted. Apparently 29.3 C at Kew Gardens.

I went to see my grandsons assembly about Greek Civilisation, he was dressed in a toga and had a reading to do about famous Greek mathematicians. I then decided to go for a quick bike ride before it got too hot…along the Thames tow path and back through Bushy Park where the deer were already under the trees.

Then I had to stay at home to wait for a British Gas engineer…all afternoon. He did turn up and fixed the problem easily .
Meanwhile I did phone calls and paperwork and repotted some plants in the garden .

Now for a sit down and watch some TV!
