Notes: Morning routine of dogs - feed and walk; already quite warm. Can't believe it's the last day of April! Had some of the detox broth first and then coffee after. Quiet day mostly, online some and then sat out back on deck in swim suit late morning and again mid afternoon w/ a rest and little nap in between. Prepped a bit of food and then fed/walked dogs again ~4p. Shower and then warmed up the rest of the food and cooked a bit of ground beef. Having a bit of the red sauerkraut each day too and have added a bit of avocado - quite good. Dessert today and yesterday were fresh strawberries and blackberries with lemon whipped cream - so good (tho these strawberries not quite as sweet as the last bunch). Stayed up a bit later than usual.
