Birthday boy

B’s birthday today, so we went over to a garden centre near Burton on Trent to do some shopping. We had a list of bits and pieces to get and knew that they had a super restaurant on site. We were very successful and very happy with the purchases.

In the evening R collected us and we all went down to the Leisure Centre. This picture was taken on the way out, hence their rather sweaty appearance. I got the laughing response when I pulled a funny face, they were being too prim and proper beforehand. 

After R visited us yesterday lunchtime she went home to bed and slept from 3pm until 5am. S woke her to give her a drink and small snack about 8pm. She is looking much better for the rest.
