I was out with the Ramblers on a walk in the high downs on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border.  On the Conholt estate there's a huge programme of agricultural water works and tree planting.

The estate was bought in 2022 for £80M by the founder and chief executive of the investment management company Blackstone, Stephen Schwarzman.
