COVID Negative for May Day

Finally back to Blip after a rollercoaster of stressful events…reaffirming to Blip daily now it’s May.

This year so far has been very challenging and has had more downs than ups. 

In the last (almost) fortnight, I have had a throat infection as well as a gum infection and tested positive for COVID last Sunday morning.  

My asthma has not been happy but has settled a lot now, feeling grateful for that tonight.

I have felt hellish and today has been the first day I have felt half human. I am taking things slowly as I recall how Long COVID floored me for three months back in 2023, the year from hell, one of the worst years of my life.

Enjoyed the weather here today, it was around 19 degrees, my fibromyalgia has been enjoying it very much. I got some fresh air into my lungs, beautiful sunshine.
