The Golden Hour

Sun setting slowly behind the hills. Busy day including another visit to the Osteopath. Confirms that most muscle is out of the locked phase. But the smaller Glutus medius is still tight and causing problems with my hip and walking. But a real good massage, acupuncture and manipulation hopefully has helped. Bit sore at the moment though. 
Boy has it been HOT today!!!
