Ravenglass to Brampton

We left our Ravenglass house just after 10 and made our way to Ambleside via Hardnott and Wrynose pass. We got into a couple of tight situations over the passes and Poppy was a bit scared in the back but D managed to get us over in one piece. We spent a couple of hours in and out of the shops in Ambleside then made our way up to Brampton via a quick stop in Grasmere. At Brampton we checked into our next Air BnB 3 doors down from D’s sister. Helen cooked an amazing curry for dinner and there are now 13 out of the 14 of us here to celebrate D’s mum’s 80th birthday.
