Refreshing shower on another hot day!

This waterfall is on one of the trails through Batsford Arboretum. We spent a lovely time here today with friends. The spring growth was indulgent. The birdsong simply deafening at times. Because of the heat there were very few visitors enabling us to drink in the tranquility, admire the planting of trees, now in their prime, and appreciate the rolling vistas between them, across the heat hazed North Cotswolds’ landscape.
