Another Ziggy Blip
I arrived back home from this morning's class and the lovely man (R) from the village who just turns up and cuts our lawn was there. He won't take any payment for doing it. He was measuring the decking planks as some have been replaced but the window cleaner put his foot through an old one the last time he was here. So R went into town to buy a replacement plank and meanwhile, the gardeners arrived. So it was all go this morning. The decking is now mended, lawn is cut (I know it's "no mow May" but beggars can't be choosers and it's the last time it will be cut in May) and the garden is looking much better than it did a month ago.
I literally didn't stop all day and ate my lunch standing up before going back out in the garden to work.
This evening was Pop up Pub in the cricket pavilion (byob) which was very pleasant and it was lovely to have a nice rest, sitting and chatting in the sunshine
The only photos I took all day was of Ziggy on our walk early evening in the field across the road.
