Osteospermum a quick blip

Well we got a phone call this morning from the garage with the bad news that the air con/heater is not mendable, we need a new compressor, which is not cheap, but if we want a heater in winter and air con in summer than it is the only answer, so this afternoon we went off to pick up the car, It was a pleasant day so we went off on bus number one to Garforth, then caught bus number two to Monk Fryston, I nearly missed the stop as it is just outside the village and I rang it a bit late but he did stop for us. Then we had a lovely leisurely stroll up the country lane to the garage. Apparently it was once a farm but when the owner died his son inherited it and moved his business there as there were large barns to be used as workshops.
We booked the car in for next Thursday to have the compressor fitted. Hopefully they will be able to get one delivered with this being a bank holiday weekend. If not we can rearrange it.
We then had a lovely drive home through all the little villages off the main roads.

Weekend again, maybe I can get some more gardening done as they say it will be a bit cooler. We really do need some rain though.
