It's a cooler day 
and more like spring again, so
we might get some rain

I was up before 6 but with no idea where I wanted to take my camera this morning. A cloudy start always takes the wind out of my sails. I need sun to colour my world. 

I made the turn onto Westsyde Road with the Little Farmers Zoo as my destination. 

I must admit I am not fond of animals in cages, but a zoo has its place if it educates the human population about animals in general. This little property adjoining a city park features farm animals as well as some exotic birds and animals. 

The resident alpaca and some emus came along the fence as soon as I appeared. There are bags of feed available for purchase so all the animals are keen when humans appear. 

I had a chat with this senior who kindly dug into his pockets for change and purchased a bag of pellets to feed the throng. 

I noticed that some event was being set up in the city park, so I made this a quick stop and was on my way home in short order.

I'm wanting a peaceful, quiet day at home.
