Lightening Speed

I've spent the day in the garden, weeding, planting out seedlings and enjoying the birds.  

The nesting blue tits have been so busy collecting food.  I made a concerted effort to try and capture a flying blue tit with this being the best result!  It made me laugh.

The chicks are already looking much bigger and some are starting to grow feathers.  The final two eggs hatched a couple of days ago though the 'younger' two look far less strong (extra).

My hands were really hurting this afternoon, I don't know whether it is the result of a condition known as Dupuytren’s contracture, which I have had for a number of years but not caused any problems until now.
