Laughing

Plenty of that in the Leisure Centre tonight, where we went to see Jason Manford as his tour reached the dizzying heights of Kendal. This is a man who has played a sold out Manchester Arena and did a three week run at The Lowry as a “warm up” to this tour. A sports hall in Cumbria on a Saturday night is not exactly on the same level, but he still told us we were a great audience anyway!
A very funny evening - the sort of observational comedy that keeps you chuckling all the time, punctuated with some real laugh out loud moments.
We really are lucky to get these big name comics playing our little town. Long may it continue…
