(122) Hop It!

Time for the next stage in the brewing process. Some of the Pinter brews come with a vial of hop oil which is added after the fermentation stage to impart flavour to the beer. This is a five minute process, after which the Pinter is detached from the 'brewing dock' and placed in the fridge to condition for about a week.
