(123) Courgetti

I couldn't buy just a couple of courgettes today, only a pack of four. So, as well as making rataouille, I'm spiralizing a couple of the courgettes to go with a bolognese sauce, instead of pasta. I can't pretend that I don't prefer pasta but courgetti bolognese is rather good.
