Northowram Scarecrow Trail.

I'm always a fan of a trail so when there's scarecrows in town you can guarantee I'll be there! 

Northowram put on a great show of displays ranging from Wallace and Gromit to Poppy the Troll, and incorporating tributes to VE Day heroes ahead of the 80th anniversary this week. It was a super, if chilly, walk around them all.

A cheeky trip to the garden centres of Wilsden and Harden this afternoon, walking between the two, and winning a rubber duck on the old slot machines. 

Sadly Liverpool put on a poor show against Chelsea...a 3-1 defeat with a silly penalty given away right at the end of the game. Alas, we remain champions! :-P
