you just have to wait

I don't have the patience to be a good Gardener 

When we left on Thursday Morning. I was bursting that when we got back Audrey would be in full bloom

I have been desperate for these since my next door neighbour at the allotment gave me a bouquet of them last year ...

Scary Mary the cleaner stole them... She was 'putting then out for the bin'. But left by the front door and with the vase 

Why did I not question her?  Her name is scary Mary   that's why I didn't question her 

I have thirty alliums in the front garden .and another 20 in pots along the side
  When we were in Edinburgh I spotted a flower drying tool which I pointed to Si and he says he will make me one   I will dry all my alliums  by hanging and leave them draped around the house 

But until they all pop out.  I'll have to be patient
