Botero, Barrio Gótico, Frankfurter

Barrio Gótico wanders, then a great Botero exhibition. More wandering through the Barrio Gótico, browsing in a beautiful old traditional candle shop (Baixada de la Llibreteria, 7) and an amazing haberdashery shop (Plaza del Pi, just off Calle Petritxol). We oohed and aahed over ribbons, tassles, beads and other things. We eventually left clutching tassles and beads. Up Passeig de Gracia to a couple of shops that Undercovercairo wanted to see. Having walked quite a lot by this stage, we got a bus back to our barrio and ate in our Frankfurter. A sandwich each with a shared salad. Good choice as it was tasty and easy to cross the road home and fall into bed!
