The Cobbler

This is the view from our van this evening. We are staying the night on a Forestry and Land Scotland car park where only three self-sufficient motorhomes are permitted for the overnight stay so it is very peaceful. We had a good journey from home in lovely weather, leaving just after midday so there was plenty of time in the morning to do essentials such as planting out my young sweet peas. I do hope they will be okay but they are in a sheltered, sunny corner so I’m hopeful. (Unless the slugs and snails get them!) We are fortunate to have friends and neighbours who will keep an eye on things and do some watering while we are away.
