Of course!

My card from Little Sis, she being five years my junior!

It’s been a very different Sunday and actually has made us grateful that they are not usually spent as today has been.

Our service this morning was excellent as always. Big Sis didn’t join us for the day. She reckoned we deserved space from her company (! ?). We’ve missed her. We had our roast dinner as usual, then did jobs. I packed away the boxes of Iris’s things that we haven’t made decisions about. D did some paperwork then some gardening. All good but they could have waited. Sometimes it’s good to stop.

We’ve watched the Antiques Road Show VE Day special programme and listened to some amazing stories. It’s quiet now. We’ll watch the News in a bit.

So, a good day but not a day of rest. Different!
Lots to think about and yes, be grateful for. And I’ll keep on growing older in a ‘cool lady’ kind of way.
