Playmates

Given that we’re away all day on Sunday, and decorators are arriving on Monday, today was probably the best last chance of getting things in order, and packing our bags. Though beforehand there was time to read the papers. Reform seems to have been the winner in the local elections daan south, which keeps the pot boiling and frothing. 
And I never did mention that after Hearts failed to make the top six and then got beaten  by Dundee at home, Critchley was sacked last weekend. Another “must win” today – away at Ross County - and after going one nil down, we actually came away with a 3-1 victory. 
And we were whistled up to join the daughter, s-i-l and family along at the delight that is Brewers Fayre. Kids can play! Grown ups can chat (OK, and sup)! And it was actually very enjoyable – I only got dragged into the soft play area once.
