Sinister

Most of the mobile phone towers around us are light grey and sort of featureless - inside some sort of fiberglass cover.  This recently installed one is black and has the sort of features I imagine a production designer would create for sinister devices in a sci-fi movie.  

That's assuming it's NOT actually an alien monitoring system of some sort.  

I'm going to worry about that now...
