along the canal

our monthly walk/run was in the Lee Valley today along the canal then for those that can run that far up to a bird area further up. I did a little running but mostly walked.  Had a good catch up in the cafe afterwards. It was a lovely sunny day and managed to get. lot done in the garden in the afternoon.
