Trees In Fairmilehead Park

A cool start to the day. That is definitely the end of the warm weather for a while. I have a wee daunder around the park to get the weekly blip of the trees. A lot more green than last week, even the ash trees are starting to turn green. In the woods, few-flowered leek has been replaced by wild garlic. 

After lunch, partner and I head down to Morningside for weekend groceries. Not much to get and we are home quite early. When we get home, I have to fix a fence in the front garden. We are not complaining about the issue as the workmen constructed the fence in rainy conditions when they could have called the job off. I have the required screws anyway and it is done well in time for afternoon coffee.

A nice quiet evening. Blankety Blank and the 1% Club, followed by the last episode of Bergerac.
