Hills

This morning I made up some wash for a local B&B, did some admin and had a good call with a Scottish gin brand who are wanting me to make white label candles for them in time for launching at the Highland Show next month. Eep, no pressure there then, lol. Thankfully I've been testing potential fragrances for them so have some options but there's still a lot of work to do once the fragrance has been finalised to create a saleable finished product.

This afternoon I headed up into the hills for a long and leisurely wander. It was beautiful and I saw (and heard) my first cuckoo of the year. 

I sat in the garden with my book (and a margarita) when I got home - it was too nice to go indoors. Felt like I'd had the whole day off too. I'm getting so much better at this work/life balance malarkey :)
