Bog Cotton

Its cotton grass season again! Love seeing the fluffy heads dancing about in the breeze. Did you know they used to make candle wicks out of them back in the day in Germany..?

This morning was 'making' and then it was over to Whitmuir to deliver an order. While I was in the area I headed over to the Leadburn Community Woodland for a wee wander. 

Back home to try and do some project planning - I seem to have quite a few plates about to all start spinning.
