Restorative

I'd arranged to meet some of the bobbers at 8am and Yvonne and I decided to walk  before then.  Arriving at 7 it was apparent that I'd not checked the tide time properly as the water was already in too far.

We swam at 7.30 but stayed on shore while the ladies who came at 8 went in and then longer still, chatting in the shelter of the sea wall.  There was wind, a.rain shower and sun but it was lovely to be outside. Kirsty used the rope to step off the ledge and it looked like she was abkut to abseil down a much larger wall.

I spent a good chunk of the time with my slow stitching before a walk with Angel and Grayson.
