Restorative

After the pleasure I'd taken from my swim yesterday I decided to change my plans and work from home to facilitate a.repeat.  Yvonne picked me up an hour before high tide and we had a an enjoyable walk along the wall to the beach huts and back before our swim.

The Shack was.featured in a tv show and is available to rent.  It also has a great seagull on the balcony.

The mud hadn't heated the water and the temperature had dropped from 18.5. Last week to 12.5 today.  The swim was great though.
