Gelli Print

Today was Helliarts - our village art group, and the theme was printing. I took my Gelli plate and none of the others had seen one before so I showed them how to do it and then let them have a go. They loved it. I am still learning how to use it and just now keep it simple. It’s a bit messy but great fun. You can use it with leaves, textured objects, stencils or anything that will make an imprint.
Another beautiful day today!
Now it’s time for Mad Men - we are hooked. It is a bit cringeworthy at times and all that smoking and affairs! But it’s great drama.
