New Artwork?

On a wander today by the castle when this caught my eye. I’m sure it is a new addition but wonder if I have missed it before. The Pike and ring represents Pickering with the addition of the portcullis which I presume is for the castle.

A meeting with the specialist nurse for MND. It really helped as she pointed what support is available.Apparently no two people with the condition is the same with different parts of the body affected. Richard’s is his upper body with neck and upper limbs not functioning as they should. He will be fast tracked for support and whilst this will involve a lot of appointments it will hopefully improve his quality of life. We also discussed possible adaptations to the house depending on where Richard would prefer to be. Anna will see Richard regularly in order to monitor his condition and liaise with the necessary professionals and consultants. A relief to know help is available and to have one person who is an advocate for people with the condition to speak with.
