A trip to Pilates followed by blitzing three kitchen cupboards with the help of my cleaner. Pleased with the results.

Spotted the blossom on the way home.

Had problems getting food into Richard before dialysis. I sent him with a pack up but he didn’t ask the nurses to help him open it so it wasn’t eaten. He arrived home very wobbly and needed two of us to get him out of the Taxis. He recovered after a substantial evening meal. Yesterday the nurse had told him to eat more. He improved almost immediately so I had words about ensuring he eats more before dialysis. 

No doubt there will be more serious challenges along the way.
