Calke Abbey

I arrived earlier than I usually do. It was wonderful, quiet and peaceful.

The grounds were looking magnificent, especially the wisteria, stunningly overlooking the tulips.

The vegetable garden and the formal area were immaculate. ( I could learn so much from them,but sadly, I’m pretty hopeless.)

By the time I headed for home, it was getting busy. I know I had the best of the day.

Extras: I could have used them all up !!!!!!

I added the wildflower area because it’s just an undeveloped bed. I’ll post another photo when we learn what they’re doing….
